Transformation Beyond The 21st Century

Remarkably the year 2020 has taught us many things; the economic growth and social implications COVID 19 has had on the global spectrum have only just begun. Economies are not as strong as was once perceived; as individuals, we are now rapidly and brazenly evolving without even a moment to consider this advancement. We need transformation; we need new leaders!

As our world suddenly went into a tail-spin by the Covid-19 pandemic, which has now caused a severe global socioeconomic disruption, now more than ever, we need modern leaders! One such inherent duty of exceptional leaders is to keep us safe; they are placed there for just this reason, and we follow and support then along this journey. They sacrifice themselves and give up everything for us and our wellbeing; they ought to propel us into the future! Traditionally there have been many iterations of both Leadership and Management. It wasn't until the turn of the twentieth Century; analysts acknowledged that there were more to employees' motivation and hard work than just a paycheque.

Beyond Our 21st Century is an intriguing book as it explores the real-world challenges across multiple business sectors.

"No one is more worthy to help businesses journey through this evolving era. Transformation Beyond the 21st Century brings the needed outlook to the management and leadership world!"

"The self-confidence I have gained because of his trust has helped me tremendously. It’s a great feeling, this feeling of incipient excitement building when you talk to Pete. His charisma is infectious. All of Pete’s qualities outlined above are why his book needs to be available to the masses. We may think present-day world questions and answers dealing with economics, life, or politics is axiomatic, but they are not. We need a different view. Pete’s book offers us that view. One which isn’t tainted by money or power but which is born from experience and observation. I implore everyone to give Pete’s book a read. It will change your perspective and promote sagacious awareness."
